Bañares Abogados was founded in 2006 in Málaga by Víctor M. Bañares, Abogado. He has been giving legal advice as a lawyer to foreign companies and individuals on the Costa del Sol since 1998.
In 2008 the firm moved its offices to the Cosmopolitan Puerto Marina harbour in Benalmádena Costa, where it presently gives advice to clients in 5 languages including English, French, Dutch, Russian and of course Spanish.
From 2011, Bañares Abogados has offices in Barcelona jointly with their local partners Subvento Innovation Management, from where we can give service to clients in the Catalonian region, specialising in the market of companies, allowances for innovation projects (I+D+i), as well as immigration and labour cases.
Bañares Abogados has associates in other cities in Spain such as Málaga and Madrid, the cities most frequently chosen by foreigners establishing a business in Spain and where Higher Courts are located.
Our senior partner, Víctor M. Bañares Gómez, a qualified lawyer member of the Málaga Baris currently a recommended lawyer by the Consulates of France, Belgium, Canada and Luxembourg in Spain and travels very often to these and other countries to meet the Spanish Consular bodies, (useful for immigration cases).
He speaks fluent English, French and Spanish and knows some Italian and Russian too.
